I know it happens), when I sent the food back for them to replace.. the cook (who I later found out was the kitchen manager) literally just dumped the food into a new bowl and sent it right back out. I couldn't believe it .. ITS AN OPEN KITCHEN!!!! I WATCHED HIM DO IT!!! My cooks would be fired! It ruined the whole family's meal because now they are grosses out by the lack of caring!November 13, 2016
